Marc joined the internal audit team in October 2011 as an internal auditor. He was a major player in transforming the Service. He has been a coordinator since 2015. He now oversees a team of 10 professionals. He supervises work and day-to-day processes to increase quality, to ensure compliance with standards, and to align with strategy and vision. He assists the team in improving and implementing processes and he contributes to the professional development of the auditors. He attracts and recruits the best auditors by leveraging complementary strengths to meet current and emerging needs.

Marc is a result-oriented manager who cares about the well-being of his team. He has a high ability to structure the work creatively. From 2003 to 2011, he has gained experience in the areas of portfolio management and financial services.

He has held the positions of CFO at BNC, Investment Representative at National Bank Direct Brokerage, Senior Analyst at Natcan Portfolio Management and Associate Portfolio Manager at Alliance Bernstein.
