Bélanger, Marc

Marc Bélanger is an Audit Manager with Natural Resources Canada. He brings a wealth of experience from his 25 years with the public and private sectors, dealing in areas of auditing (external and internal), human resources, project management and finance. On top of being a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), he is also certified in risk management assurance (CRMA), human resources (CHRP, CHRL) and accounting (CPA-CMA). For the past 14 years, Marc’s work has focussed primarily on internal and external audit in the Government of Canada, having worked at Natural Resources Canada, Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat – Office of the Comptroller General of Canada, Health Canada, Public Health Agency of Canada, Public Services and Procurement Canada, and the Office of the Auditor General of Canada. His main areas of expertise include finance, human resources management, risk management and project management.
