Klassen, Linda

Linda Klassen is a results-orientated leader with over 25 years of experience in internal audit, enterprise risk management, governance and finance.  Linda started her coaching journey in 2016 to increase her effectiveness as a coach and mentor. Coaching became a real passion as she completed the Destination Leadership Expedition Coaching Program. She is currently working toward completing the requirements for certification and rolling out a formal coaching program in her organization.

Linda is passionate about people and education; she has been an instructor for several organizations and contributes to many educational events including national, international and local events.  She has presented at both local and National events and is a certified facilitator for the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA). Linda holds CPA, CMA, CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) and CRMA (Certification in Risk Management Assurance) designations.

Linda is actively involved in professional organizations. She has served in the roles of President of the Saskatchewan Chapter of the IIA, Governance Chair and Vice-Chair of Professional Development on the IIA Canada Board.  She was the Co-Chair of programming for the IIA International Conference 2015 (Vancouver) and 2016-2018 IIA National Conferences.
