Laurent Féral-Pierssens is part of the emerging technology practice of KPMG Canada, specializing in blockchain-related initiatives. Laurent has a unique combination of business, scientific and technical skills, and 15 years leading tech companies in Canada, the United States and Europe as a founder and CEO. Laurent embraces decentralized applications, smart contracts and data to transform business models, operating models and customer experience.

Laurent holds a joint major in Computer Sciences and Mathematics from McGill University. He is an advisor to the board of the Blockchain Association of Canada, member of the Artificial Intelligence Advisory Board of Finance Montreal and a member of the Information Technology Program Committee of McGill University’s School of Continuing Education.

Laurent is a regular public speaker on subjects of anticipation of the digital economy, artificial intelligence and Blockchain.
