Kwasnik, Jayson Walter

Jayson Walter Kwasnik, CPA,CA, CIA is a senior-level executive in governance, risk management, audit and compliance. He has over 20 years’ experience working with public, high growth international companies in the consumer products, entertainment, transport and mining industries.

Mr. Kwasnik is currently the Vice-President – Audit & Compliance for Dorel Industries Inc. in Montreal, Canada. Prior to this, he was with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu’s Growth Solutions practice in Sydney, Australia. Mr. Kwasnik is the current Vice-Chair, Professional Development for the Board of Directors of IIA Canada.

Mr. Kwasnik also serves as the Chair of the Learning Solutions Committee of the North American Board of the IIA and is a certified facilitator for its program delivery. Over the last 30 years, Mr. Kwasnik has served on numerous not-for-profit and political boards and was most recently, the official agent for Canada’s 23rd Prime Minister, the Right Honourable Justin P.J. Trudeau.
