Kendra MacDonald, CPA, CA, CIA, CRMA, CISA, CFA, ICD.D, is a partner in Deloitte’s Atlantic Risk Advisory practice based in St. John’s. In January 2017, Kendra was appointed as the first Chief Audit Executive of Deloitte’s Global organization where she spends 50% of her time. Kendra joined Deloitte in 1993 and brings a wealth of national and international experience having previously worked in Deloitte offices in Ottawa, Montreal, Sydney, Australia, Moscow, Russia and Hong Kong providing internal audit and external audit services, as well as assisting a number of clients in meeting internal control certification requirements. Kendra has over 20 years of private and public sector internal audit experience including acting as the lead partner on several outsourced internal audit projects. Kendra has performed audits for large complex organizations with ERP environments including SAP, Oracle, etc. Kendra is a member of Deloitte’s innovation council, responsible for both promoting innovation within the firm and helping clients to think differently.
