Radu is the Manager of the Methodology and Analysis team of PSC’s Oversight Branch. He has 13 years of experience as an Economist in the federal public service with Canada Revenue Agency, Foreign Affairs and International Trade Canada, Canadian Heritage, and the Public Service Commission. Radu holds a PhD in economics from Carleton University and has been a part-time lecturer at various Canadian universities (Carleton University, University of Ottawa, McGill University) since 2008.
