Strategies to Improve the Maturity of Data Analytic Capabilities – Case Study for a Medium Size (10) Audit Team – Session delivered in French
Improving the maturity of data analytic capabilities is a top concern for many internal audit teams who want to improve their efficiency and keep pace with their organizations’ rapidly evolving data analytics functions. Although many organizations with large audit teams are certainly more advanced than we are, our team of 10 has been able to put in place a continuous auditing program in 2010 and is currently implementing strategies to further develop the use of data analytics in our regular audits. We believe that sharing our story (how we got to where we are and how we plan on improving) will benefit audit teams embarking on this journey as well as audit teams searching for ways to improve.
