Communication and Reporting: Interpersonal Skills in Internal Audit
As internal auditors, value is not only in ‘what we do’ but ‘how we do it’. Both the IIA and profession as a whole has made significant strides is positioning the Internal Audit function as a collaborative partner, while minimizing the adversarial relationship that can make even the best Internal Audit functions ineffective.
